Black people in the UK face stark inequalities in mental health care and policing. This project investigates how psuedo-diagnoses labels like ‘Excited Delirium’ and ‘Acute Behavioural Disturbance’ have been used to justify deaths in police custody — and works with communities to push for justice and change
